- We cannot accept returns for hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., personal care items) unless defective.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
